Meet the Hands Behind the Manicures:

Grace & Sadichchha — The Founders of In Good Company

Grace Strmecki and Sadichchha Adhikari first crossed paths in Washington, DC around 2016. What began as a friendship built on happy hour fries, gin, and long conversations soon uncovered a shared love of nail polish. For Grace, polish had always been a form of self-expression; for Sadichchha, it was a cherished ritual of self-care passed down from her mother and grandmother. Together, they dreamed of creating something that would bring more color, joy, and intention into everyday life. That dream grew into In Good Company.

Grace is the maker behind every polish, hand-mixing each shade with the trained eye of someone who studied Art History and has always been inspired by color, detail, and storytelling. With a professional background in donor and client relations, she brings both artistry and thoughtfulness to the brand. Her inspiration flows from museum halls, everyday moments, and the simple joy of color—transforming polish into something personal and expressive.

Sadichchha is the storyteller and community builder, bringing In Good Company’s voice to life across social platforms and beyond. With experience in customer experience strategy and a deep pride in her Nepali heritage, she infuses the brand with a global perspective, creativity, and connection. Her generational love of nail polish gives every piece of content and every interaction a sense of meaning, care, and sparkle.

Together, Grace and Sadichchha balance making and meaning, color and community. In Good Company isn’t just about nail polish—it’s about celebrating the little rituals that brighten our days and connecting with others who love bringing beauty into the everyday.
